Many Ways to Find Every Moment

Search by Faces

Visitors can find all photos of themselves or their loved ones by simply clicking on a person of interest. A Suggested People section will present faces who frequently appear with that person.

Search by Moments

Visitors write exactly what they’re looking for in free text - such as "dance", “hugs” or "pets" - to instantly find relevant moments. Keyword search can be combined with face search for even more specific results.

Selfie Search

Visitors can take a selfie directly from the search bar and find their moments in seconds. Perfect for large events with many attendees, where guests can quickly find themselves without scrolling.

Making the Most of Every Gallery

When visitors quickly find the photos they love, they're more likely to view, share, and revisit the gallery. That increased engagement naturally leads to more downloads, social sharing, and print purchases.

FAQs

How can gallery visitors search for photos?

Gallery visitors can search by faces, keywords, or Selfie Search to quickly find the images most relevant to them. They can also combine face and keyword search to find specific moments featuring specific people.

Can clients search by faces and keywords simultaneously?

Yes. Visitors can select a person and add a keyword, such as “speech,” “dancing,” or “pets,” to narrow the results and find more specific moments in seconds.

How do I enable or disable AI Photo Search for Clients?

AI Photo Search can be enabled or disabled from your account settings, individual gallery settings, or gallery templates. You can also let the Main Client decide whether to enable AI Search for themselves and other gallery guests.

Which plans include AI Search?

AI Search for Clients is available on Advanced plans. AI Image Filter for Photographers is available on Professional and Advanced plans.

Is my gallery data secure?

Yes. Pic-Time’s AI Search tools are powered by an exclusive AI model developed within Pic-Time, so image data is not shared with third-party image detection providers.

Does Pic-Time store biometric data from Selfie Search or Face Scan?

Pic-Time stores only photos and their mathematical representations. Although this data may be defined as “biometric data” in certain jurisdictions, it is not associated with any personal data or used to identify individuals. Selfie Search simply matches a guest’s facial features to their photos within the gallery. The selfie information is not saved or stored, and guests will need to re-photograph their face when starting a new browser session.
